Questions You Might Be Asking

Is this just for new teachers?
Not at all. New teachers often book sessions, but experienced teachers come too — especially when facing new behaviors, a new curriculum, or a particularly challenging year.

Can I reschedule?

Yes — rescheduling is available. Refunds are not offered.

What if I don’t know exactly what the main problem is yet?

You don’t need to. Part of the session is helping you figure that out. Many teachers come in feeling overwhelmed — we work together to name the issue and decide what to tackle first.

What if I have more than one problem?

We’ll start with the issue that’s having the biggest impact right now and build from there.
What if my problem feels “too big” for 30 minutes?

That’s okay. We’ll focus on the part of the problem that’s having the biggest impact right now and create a starting plan. Often, even small shifts make a huge difference.

There is also a chance for you to purchase a discounted follow-up session!

What kinds of problems can we solve together?

There’s no “right” problem to bring to a session. If something in your classroom is feeling heavy, frustrating, or stuck — it belongs here.

Teachers book sessions to get help with things like:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by workload or curriculum and not knowing what to prioritize
  • Challenging behaviors that are taking over the day and pulling you away from teaching
  • Supporting a specific student who isn’t making the progress you expected
  • Planning small groups or interventions that actually target what students need
  • Analyzing assessment results and figuring out what to do next
  • Creating intentional groupings and a clear plan for progression
  • Supporting students with literacy development (phonics, decoding, high-frequency words, comprehension)
  • Supporting students with math understanding (number sense, problem-solving, intervention planning)
  • Streamlining classroom routines and systems that just aren’t working
  • Managing new curriculum or shifting expectations

If you’re thinking, “I don’t even know where to start,” that’s okay.

Part of our time together is figuring out what to tackle first — and creating a plan that feels doable for your classroom.
